Timing the clean

Book the clean for after the last furniture and boxes are out, and keep water and power on until it is done. If carpet cleaning is part of the job, ask for it in the same request so both can be scheduled together. Give your handover or closing date when you book; move dates tend to cluster at the end of the month, so book early.
