What’s included in commercial cleaning

Every building gets a written scope, agreed room by room during a walkthrough. A typical recurring commercial clean covers:

  • Restrooms and break rooms
  • Trash and recycling
  • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
  • Lobbies, entrances and hallways
  • Offices, workstations and conference rooms
  • Shared spaces and common areas

Periodic work such as carpet cleaning and strip-and-wax, window cleaning and pressure washing can be scheduled alongside it.

What goes into your quote

CRM prices each account from a walkthrough instead of a rate card. The price comes from:

  • Square footage of the areas to be cleaned
  • Scope: which rooms and tasks, and how detailed
  • Condition of the space today
  • Frequency: nightly, weekly, biweekly or monthly
  • Time of day the crew works

Extra services are priced on top. You get a written proposal with the scope and a monthly price. The commercial cleaning quote guide explains each factor and how to compare quotes.

A record of every visit

CRM’s crews clock in at your property through a GPS-geofenced app and take before-and-after photos of their work. That gives CRM a record of when the crew arrived, when they left and what they finished, which makes it quicker to check and fix anything that looks missed.

Where we clean

CRM is based in Colorado Springs and cleans commercial buildings across the city, in Monument and Fountain, in Castle Rock and Douglas County, in Pueblo and Pueblo County, and across the Denver metro. Confirm availability for your address when you call.

Before we get started

A few useful answers.

What’s included in commercial cleaning?

Restrooms, break rooms, trash and recycling, floors, lobbies, offices and shared spaces are the core. The exact list is agreed room by room during a walkthrough, and periodic work such as carpet or floor care can be added.

What is the average commercial cleaning rate per hour?

CRM doesn’t price commercial cleaning by the hour. Each building is quoted on square footage, scope, condition, cleaning frequency and the time of day the crew works, and you get a written proposal with a monthly price.

How much does it cost to clean a 6,000 sq ft office?

Square footage is only one input. Two 6,000 sq ft offices can need very different amounts of work depending on restrooms, kitchens, flooring, foot traffic and how often you want service. A walkthrough is the quickest way to a real number.

What is the difference between cleaning and janitorial services?

Janitorial usually means recurring, scheduled cleaning of a commercial building on an agreed scope. Cleaning can also mean one-time or specialty work such as a deep clean, carpet extraction or a post-construction clean. CRM offers both.

Can you clean after business hours?

Yes. CRM offers evening and weekend scheduling for commercial clients. Discuss building access and your preferred cleaning window when requesting a quote.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. CRM brings cleaning supplies and professional equipment. If you need specific products, agree on them before service starts.
