Before we get started
Commercial cleaning
What’s included in commercial cleaning?
Restrooms, break rooms, trash and recycling, floors, lobbies, offices and shared spaces are the core. The exact list is agreed room by room during a walkthrough, and periodic work such as carpet or floor care can be added.
What is the average commercial cleaning rate per hour?
CRM doesn’t price commercial cleaning by the hour. Each building is quoted on square footage, scope, condition, cleaning frequency and the time of day the crew works, and you get a written proposal with a monthly price.
How much does it cost to clean a 6,000 sq ft office?
Square footage is only one input. Two 6,000 sq ft offices can need very different amounts of work depending on restrooms, kitchens, flooring, foot traffic and how often you want service. A walkthrough is the quickest way to a real number.
What is the difference between cleaning and janitorial services?
Janitorial usually means recurring, scheduled cleaning of a commercial building on an agreed scope. Cleaning can also mean one-time or specialty work such as a deep clean, carpet extraction or a post-construction clean. CRM offers both.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes. CRM offers evening and weekend scheduling for commercial clients. Discuss building access and your preferred cleaning window when requesting a quote.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. CRM brings cleaning supplies and professional equipment. If you need specific products, agree on them before service starts.

Home cleaning
How often can I schedule home cleaning?
CRM offers one-time, weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning. Discuss your home and preferred schedule when requesting a quote.
Can you help with a move-in or move-out clean?
Yes. CRM offers move-in and move-out cleaning. Tell us about the property and areas that need attention so the scope can be agreed before the visit.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
CRM brings cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, discuss them when arranging service.
How much does house cleaning cost in Colorado Springs?
CRM quotes each home on its size, condition, the rooms and tasks you want covered and how often you want service. New residential customers can ask about 10% off their first residential cleaning.
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A recurring clean keeps up with everyday dust, kitchens, bathrooms and floors. A deep clean goes further into the areas that build up over time. Tell CRM which areas matter most so they are on the list.
Before we get started
Specialty services
Can I book specialty work on its own?
Tell CRM about the project, location and timing. The team can discuss the scope and availability for a one-time service or work alongside your regular cleaning.
What determines the quote?
The surface, access, size of the job and work required help define the scope. Share those details with CRM when requesting an estimate.
Do you do sprinkler blowouts?
Yes. CRM’s landscaping crew does fall blowouts for commercial properties, HOAs and property managers. Homeowners can ask about availability.
Can you combine recurring and specialty services?
Yes. Talk with CRM about combining regular cleaning with work such as carpet cleaning, floor care or window cleaning.
